Therapeutic Massage

I am a fully qualified and insured massage therapist. I hold a diploma in Holistic & Therapeutic Massage, Anatomy Physiology and Body Massage from the International Therapies Examination Council (ITEC). I studied at The Oxford School of Massage gaining a distinction in 2001.

I have further qualifications in Indian Head Massage, Essential Oils and Advanced Techniques in Back Massage.

I am registered with the Complimentary and Natural Health Care Council (CNHC) and a member of Complimentary Health Professionals (MCHP).

I have worked as an experienced qualified registered learning disability nurse for most most of my professional life in community and residential settings.

This year I have enjoyed an introductory course in Mindfulness as part of my continuing professional development and recently completed an accredited courses in stress management and specialist dementia massage.
