I have worked for the MS Society, St Margarets Hospice, Headway and Mencap. I have particular experience in the areas of learning disability, the elderly, dementia, parkinsons disease and multiple sclerosis
Massage therapy is known to help reduce stress, aches, anxiety and tension. It promotes relaxation and a sense of well being. For some it provides a point of social contact and a chance to talk and share
